40 Million California Residents Ordered to Stay Home

40 million people, nearly all residents in California, will be ordered to stay at home as of Thursday night.

Governor Gavin Newsom made this announcement shortly after the city of Los Angeles issued a similar order.

Most banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, and essential businesses will remain open.

As of Wednesday evening, there were 675 confirmed cases of coronavirus and 16 deaths.
